Continue PPC with an agency or run my own ads?

Posted by Charming-Opposite127 on July 5, 2024 at 10:03 pm

My Niche is Real Estate wholesaling, focusing in Dallesport. We have an ad budget of about 5k monthly for ppc (PPL) in our case.. We pay $200 per lead with our current agency, & the lead quality is there.

However, I've been thinking about launching our own PPC ads & comparing them to our existing agency with the potential of completely transitioning to our own ads for a cheaper ad spend… Value to cost ratio.

What is your experience, or advice on this subject of launching your own ads compared to sticking with an agency.

Are you the owner? If not, save yourself the liability and bullshit. You can always fire an agency if performance drops, but you’ll be the one to take the bullet if your plan to save the boss a few bucks doesn’t pan out.

Well, I mean… you either trust your agency or you don’t.

But of all the places you could be cutting costs–you want to save a few hundred dollars off your pipeline costs?

Wholesaling is a very tough market. I don’t know the cost per lead, but it should be fairly high.

If you’re *that* strapped for cash, then maybe that’s not the real bottleneck you need to be worried about.

So you have a winning formula, and you wanna fuck with it? This is the thinking that gets people like you in trouble. You simply wont perform as well, your leads go in the toilet, you go cap in hand back to your current agency, and by that time the damage is done.. you cant come back from it.

But just incase I am wrong, sure! great idea go for it, but before you do.. of course you are fully upto speed on double serving policies, unfair advantage rules etc? Of course you are!
