Contacts & Back-channel Support for Google Ads / Microsoft Ads
As a lurker and poster on this sub for a few years now, I can’t exactly recall if we ever had a couple folks who were Google employees and were willing to help people with getting support to take a look at a ticket. It might of been a Bing Ads team member, I don’t recall.
Since Google Ads twitter no longer provides direct support or elevation of tickets and Google Support is now even worse than it was before (without including the effects of COVID-19 on their Indian support teams)…
Do we have anyone on here who is an employee or has direct contacts with the Google Ads team for ticket review?
I can imagine that if there was a person available or an agency who was willing to help, that they would be immediately flooded and perhaps would be counter-productive.
Any opinions from long time PPC’ers? And for that matter, do we also have any Microsoft Ads or Facebook ads employees or agencies willing to share or help?
Just any FYI: There are many people like me who either work at an agency or own a business and are willing to pay if needed. I wouldn’t mind spending $250 to $1,000 depending on the severity of the ticket and or urgency required by client/my business.
