  Consent mode install without GTM

  Hello,

  I have a client which doesn't have Google Tag Manager and their GA4 isn't collecting EU data. I believe it's because consent mode is not active. I have been looking at tutorials but they all require you to use GTM to install consent mode. Does anyone know how to install Consent mode without GTM?

  If you’re client is using a CMP like CookieBot for cookie compliance you should be able to log into the CMP account and check the Consent Mode settings there.
