Confused: What Does this mean, “Your ads are set to target users in the locations you’ve chosen”

Posted by seohelper on May 12, 2020 at 5:01 pm

I launched a brand new campaign today and it is not getting the traction I was hoping and I check the keywords and every single one of them says that.

I am targeting a radius of 45 miles and have even put the bid up ridiculously high to see if that would work and nothing gets rid of the message.

Need some help on how to fix this so ads will show.

It just means your ads will run in the radius you’ve selected.

It’s not an error message, that’s what you want to see. It’s a completely different troubleshoot if your ads aren’t serving. Are you getting ANY impressions at all – or just no clicks?

To add to what others have already said, the alternative setting would be “people in, and people interested in, your targeted location”
