Compensation plan to include engagement and an increase in followers?
An individual (not a company) on LinkedIn is looking to increase followers (not connections). They will supplement their own content with ghostwriters but is looking for a social media manager to direct this content, timing, hashtags, commentary, etc.
Should the compensation for the SMM be one of the following or something else? The goal is to create a long-term relationship that incentivizes growth.
* flat rate, or
* base + bonus based upon engagement with posts and/or bonus based upon an increase in followers
