  Collect Insta/fb account urls

  Since I cannot easily have groups in Instagram or Facebook I'm looking for a way to export the accounts I follow into a spreadsheet with just the URLs of the accounts and the names. I'm not trying to get any personal data just things like an easily reference in a spreadsheet and my CRM for easy access.

  Is there any service like this that can scrape this data without flagging my accounts and getting them turned off?
