People really have a lot of gumption, it really blows my mind how far people are able to get in life with how they behave.

Your business is doing the thing, not training someone else to do the thing.
You can politely decline citing proprietary knowledge and procedures you’ve developed over years of experience and applied data analysis.
Your service is your product. They asked you a question. You can (and should) say no.

My response would be that I only train my own employees. If they made me an equity partner their employees are now my employees so I can train them. Next step is for them to provide financial disclosures so I can decide what portion of their company I would need to own to comply with their request.

Charge 10x for training.

Offer them a training which you price enough high for it to be worth for you the be fired after they use the information themselves.
Decline the recordings by explaining, that you don’t practice such style of working. Or simply say that this will cost as your internal work information is being shared. Price it of course enough for you to be good without the client. -
Yeah I wouldn’t do that. They’re 100% going to try and replace you otherwise why would they even ask if you’re already getting them great results? It took you years to learn ads but the problem is you can cram all that knowledge into a 4 hour video.

My old company asked us the same thing, a week later they fired 2/3 of the staff.

Just tell them as a professional, your time is dedicated to providing world class services to your clients
Not on teaching others to do so.
And that if you ever decide to change things up, you’ll consider doing so.
