Cap for GBP Profile Creation
Hey Team,
My company is currently going through a merger, so we’re going through the somewhat laborious process of creating new GBP listings in each new market. My understanding is that there shouldn’t be a cap for creating new listings, but after creating 8, we’re being hit with a soft lock that takes me to a page about managing the limit of businesses per account. I would bulk verify, but I’m creating SABs.
Am I screwed? Do I just need to give it a week? Any advice is appreciated.

I’m not sure there’s a cap as such, but you may have hit a spam filter. This goes for everything to do with GBP – posts, products, services, categories, photos, I’d only add a few at a time to avoid setting off any triggers. GBP is notoriously heavy with the spam button.
