  Can you make ads without tracking if you created a pixel?

  I created a Pixel for a client, and now am trying to run an ad that takes the user to Spotify, so I can’t use the pixel, however Facebook keeps rejecting my ads saying invalid parameter and i think it’s because in the tracking section there are buttons that just say set up. (which I haven’t done because I can’t set anything up)
