You can apply a -100% bid adjustment on devices you don’t want to target, thus only target the remaining (specific) device of interest. However, the most effective strategy is generally to set device bid adjustments based on tROAS performance.

Just a thought. Can’t we create an audience using Google Analytics filtered by specific device and then import it in Google Ads to retarget that audience which essentially means targeting those with that device type?
