  They’ll take it down if they see it or if some reports it—but If a small ad with limited impressions/views, often no one will notice.

  You’ll never get a direct message about it or find it written that “fuck” isn’t ok. But they’ll kill the ad eventually if it’s noticed.

  You can’t. It’s governed by Google ads policies, and it’s not regional.
