Can I observe data for specific Audience Segments, for *each specific product* within a Google Shopping Ads campaign?

It seems to me this would just be the god-mode level of optimizing ad campaigns over time. Say you run a business that sells T-shirts, for example. Imagine being able to see how all of the different possible audience segments convert for one particular T-shirt design? Maybe people who listen to death metal buy one particular T-shirt at a 10% conversion rate. Etc etc.

As it currently stands, the only way I can think to do this would be to create separate campaigns for each particular product. For a store with a huge amount of products, this could become extremely cumbersome.

Is there instead a way to go to the Audience Segments page for one particular campaign, and say: “Show me the data for how all of these audiences interacted with this \*one particular product\*”?

    That would be extremely helpful.

Best idea I have: In each campaign? Create a standalone ad group, which contains that particular product/product group. Then, on the Audience Segments page? When looking at one particular campaign, you can narrow it down to the Ad Group level. As long as each Ad Group corresponds to one product/product group, this should functionally allow you to see how each and every Audience Segment converts for each individual product.

It’s a lot of work, but the potential payoff of being able to optimize your advertising down to this narrow of a level seems to be definitely, 100% worth the time-cost of setting this up.
