Call Tracking for Small Business
How do you guys track calls coming in from leads? I launched my client’s auto repair shop site and will start to SEO optimize it now but I want to know when phone calls come in directly from this campaign. I’ve heard of CallRail before but not sure if there are better options out there.

Callrail works. If you add it to your google business profile, make sure to set the call tracking number as the main number and have their phone number listed as the secondary.

When I first started tracking calls for a client, I wasn’t sure where to begin or what tools to use. When I needed to track calls for a campaign, I used a non voip number as a tracking number, and it made life so much easier. Basically, it let me see exactly when calls came in and how long they lasted, which helped me figure out what was actually working.
