Call conversion counting
This may be a dumb question, but if someone clicks the call extension or calls from the forwarding number on site but the call isn’t answered – does that count as a conversion? I’m assuming no since it doesn’t reach the specified call-length
A client is having issues with their front desk and I’ve also noticed a drop-off in conversions.

It’ll only count as a conversion once it’s hit the specific time you set E.g. 60 seconds
