Bing Account Suspended: Need Help Diagnosing Before Appeal
I run a site that makes it easy to either quickly pay and/or fight parking tickets via our experts, as well as get notified when you get new tickets and when you will get penalties.
I ran ads for this account on Bing for a few months earlier this year, and then the account suddenly got banned with no explanation. Then I create a new account and that got banned within 24hrs.
So last week, I started fresh with a new email and then got verified before creating any ads. But, once I started creating ads, they were all instantly disapproved – regardless of the ad — before I could even run a campaign. The reason for the disapproval linked to Bing’s Integrity and Misleading Content page: [https://about.ads.microsoft.com/en-us/policies/disallowed-content/information-integrity-and-misleading-content](https://about.ads.microsoft.com/en-us/policies/disallowed-content/information-integrity-and-misleading-content)
Then, before the end of the day, my account was suspended with the option to appeal.
I should note that my competitor has the exact same offering and runs tons of ads on Bing, and I’ve been running Ads on Google for a year.
Question to the group:
1/ Based on this info, what is causing the my account to be blocked on Bing?
2/ Any advice for the appeals process?
