    Bid Strategy Limited, Why?

Posted by Valuable-Paper-4871 on April 15, 2023 at 3:55 am

Iv’e been running this campaign for about a week now and it shows that my bid strategy is limited.

    Exact warning:
    Eligible(Limited)
Maximum and/or minimum bid limits are being met by multiple keywords or targeting methods using this bid strategy. As a result, your bids may not be fully optimized.
100% of spend is limited by your max. bid limit.

I currently have maximize clicks with a .50 limit per click. My daily budget is $2. I’m not getting the amount of clicks I need per day and don’t know how to fix it.

    I target the entire USA

I have a 60% conversion rate average and 2.87 CTR avg however one of my ad copies has 7.14%.

When I go to campaign budget simulator it says I need to increase my bid limit from .50 to $2.35 which is absolutely absurd since my most expensive keyword top of page bid is only .84 according to googles history.

I have a very relevent landing page, relevant ad copies, everything is lined up. I can’t see for sure thought however because of how little clicks im getting.

Any help? If any other info is needed I will be happy to provide it.

you fix it by paying for more traffic by raising your daily budget & increasing cpc so you have a more competitive bid

How many clicks are you getting per day currently? Your cpc is set to $0.50, with a $2 budget, you should be getting around 4 clicks per day. If you are not averaging 4 clicks per day, that means you are not not bidding enough.

Honestly speaking a $2 budget per day is not going to get you very far and will be take you months and months to optimize and by then the past data is stale. You really should be aiming to spending the money and collecting data faster.

If you want more clicks, raise your max CPC or you won’t get more clicks. Also your budget /day is to small.
