  • Best way to hire TikTok creators long term?

I am looking to hire about 3-4 individuals to start and grow one TikTok page each for specific niches under one brand umbrella. I am looking to pay the creator over the course of a few months as the pages gain traction until it can be monetized. Is there anywhere I can go to find people looking for work and are comfortable in front of a camera and able to manage their accounts?

I would run the pages myself but my only obstacle is not wanting to be the one featured in the videos. I could provide as much creative direction as possible including the topics, scripts, content ideas Etc.

Sounds like you need to sell yourself as a service rather than hire people for you to give direction to

Looking on Cameo might be a good idea. There’s lots of creators there who are trying to earn extra money. Also TikTok shop. You can try searching creators with the #Tiktokshop hashtag or by searching relevant products on there and see who’s making videos. Some accounts will already making plenty in their own and might not be interested, but there are plenty of people who could use extra cash.

Also, if you want multiple accounts without being on camera, there’s always the possibility of a faceless account. Those are extremely popular right now. I have been doing faceless posts for years and have 50k+ on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. It’s more about posting consistently than anything.

It sounds like you’re looking for a very specific job. You are not interested in UGC (which is abundant on fiverr and upwork). You want the user to completely run the startup until you can monetize it. It’s more like producing a budding TikToker.
