Lets say you have specific service page. Write best content. It should be more in depth and detailed than your competitors have. Avoid keyword stuffing and images etc. There is alot of videos and content in google about this. Get backlinks for specific page with right topic title in. Rich snippets also helps. It will take time, dont expect results in next day.
