  Hello, good people. Can you please provide the average rate for hiring someone to manage Google Ads for my barbershop business? The monthly budget is $400-$600. I understand that the rate can be either a percentage of the budget or a flat rate. Can you please share your feedback and advice? Which option would you recommend?

  A budget this small shouldn’t cost you more than $300 a month. What is your success measurement? I can’t imagine a cost per lead under the cost of a haircut.
