    Average Salaries UK agencies

    For those of you working full time in a UK digital agency what kind of salaries would you expect for someone with 3-4 years experience in the following roles:

    • Google Ads (search) Specialist
    • Meta Ads Specialist
    • Project Manager
    • SEO Specialist

    *note the roles listed are individual positions and not one person doing them all.

    I’m looking to bring on my first full time employee/s and changing from working with freelancers. When I look at salaries online I see huge variations. It would be good to understand the kind of ranges and expectations people have.

    For reference my business works with micro/small businesses with smallish ad spends (£1k – £10k a month). We are not based in London in a big fancy office and all work is done remotely so you can be based anywhere.
