    The items in my left nav are:

    * Home
    * Notifications
    * Inbox
    * Posts & Stories
    * Commerce
    * Planner
    * Ads
    * Insights
    * All Tools

    The items in his left nav are:

    * Users
    * Accounts
    * Data Sources
    * Integrations
    * Payment Methods
    * Notifications
    * Business info

    I’d share a screenshot but I think that’s against this sub’s rules. Crucially he lacks access to Inbox and Posts & Stories which what he needs to manage our social presence.

    My only guess is that I’m in Meta Business Suite and for some reason he’s in Business Manager. If that’s right, how he can change to Business Suite?

    I invited him to the business in Business Suite granting him access to the “employee” role and giving him full access to the Instagram assets but nothing shows up for him in business.facebook. Thank you.

    He has to accept your invite. Make sure he combs through his notifications or cancel the current invite and reinvite him.

    Also make sure he has 2FA turned on. He also might want to use the Meta account manager and see if he can add that way.
