assigning conversations in Facebook messenger?
So, I am a upcoming social media manager for a small university. (I haven’t started full time yet but have been doing it part time, starting full time next month). I’ve never been “assigned” a conversation in our Facebook business page, but my boss did so this morning.
Now, I know customers cannot see your personal page connected to the business page, but when I am assigned a message, it’s showing in the chat “*boss’ name here* assigned *my personal profile name* this conversation”.
I am wondering, because I cannot find it anywhere online, can the customer see this within the chat? I really do not want the customer to be able to see my personal profile’s name has been “assigned” a chat.
This may be a silly question, but it does concern me as I do not want any of our customers seeing my personal profile being connected to this business page, especially on Facebook messenger.
