I’m not deep into the Instagram and social media marketing world, but a few people have reached out saying they’re unhappy with the current scheduling apps, especially when it comes to scheduling Instagram and Facebook stories.

Some have mentioned wanting more flexible options for delaying or timing posts in ways that current apps don’t allow. Has anyone else run into this problem?

If so, what improvements would you like to see? A better-looking interface? Features that work more smoothly?

Also, just to note: it’s still not possible to schedule stories with clickable link stickers, since Instagram doesn’t allow this. Any apps claiming to do so might be unreliable and could even lead to account restrictions.

I have been having better luck with Metricool. You may have to use Canva (or a program like canva) to adjust sizing. Everything I mentioned is free to use

I totally get where you’re coming from! With my experience scheduling tweets, one thing I’d love to see in scheduling apps is better time zone support. Sometimes, I feel like they miss the mark when it comes to posting at the optimal moments for global audiences. Also, having more customization options for story scheduling like precise timing would be a game-changer. It would definitely be cool if these apps had smoother integrations for different social platforms to avoid needing a separate tool for each.
