  Are Finance Companies Allowed to use audiences and retarget on Google Ads?

  Hi, the question in the title really, can UK finance companies use their own audience data in their campaigns?

  I believe you can use custom segmenst such as ‘people who visited a competitor site’ but can you upload your own audiences or use audiences built in GA4?
