To that end, is there ANY way to schedule TikToks with music? All the posting tools that work with TikTok don’t let you add music (none that I’ve seen, at least) and that isn’t particularly helpful for that platform. What do other folks do?

Post native. It’ll force you to differentiate your posts for each platform.

Try Planoly, it’s my favorite tool. It has a number of cool features, for example, you can visually plan a feed, curate content, add captions and hashtags, and even collaborate with team members.
The tool also provides detailed analytics and insights to track performance and optimize social media strategy. It also has a handy feature for uploading content via Google Drive.
