Analytics suddenly not working properly
Hello,
We are a big volume company so this is really a big issue for us. Since some hours ago our real time tracking in google analytics is not showing the proper traffic and are not recording the journey, conversions etc. we have made zero changes, this just occurred all of a sudden. How would we go ahead finding this issue and fixing it? Thanks -

Is it not working completely or showing incorrect data? I would look into how the tag is installed (I.e. GTM or directly injected) and troubleshoot from there.

If you made no changes then maybe what you are using changed.
Are you an e-commerce website and/or what platform is your site running off of?
Lots to dig into, but it could also be Google being weird for a day or two then going back to normal.
Lastly, Google Analytics is requiring you to move to GA4 by mid next year, something else to think about.

Big volume co., how many hits per day?
GA has a limit beyond which you don’t get real-time processing, your data is processed once a day.

Real time is probably bugged. Check again tomorrow.
