  Amazon Ads Performance Drop when moving keywords from main ad group to new ad group within the same campaign

  Hello! I hope somebody can help me and share their experience

  I am currently reorganizing my campaign e.g.

  I have keywords A,B and C in AD Group 1

  I want to restructure the ad group so that I have one keyword per ad group.

  Will the keywords placed in the new ad group experience performance drops or will they still stay the same since they are in the same campaign?

  Hi,
  If a keyword is performing better in an ad group its better not to move it. The performance will drop most probably.
  If you do want to move then move it another campagin and dont pause or negate in the original campaign. Let the new campaign gain good numbers and then pause/negate in original campaign.
