I’ve had it to the point that they will just contact other clients on our account list to talk to them about accounts on the other side of the country. Hope every one of them got hit by the layoffs.

One I got so mad at. I was even asking for help, and he basically told me to figure it out.

They are so annoying and rarely helpful. I once had a meeting where I had a legitimate issue that I knew the solution for but I asked them to troubleshoot and they couldn’t help at all beyond reading the support documentation. Useless 99.9% of the time.

I ignore their calls now. Ten years go they were helpful but the past few years they’ve pushed auto apply and other ridiculous AI that trashed our campaigns. We went from 1800% ROAS to 200. I ended up scrapping the campaigns and starting afresh. Back up to over 1000% ROAS now all done manually

I decline the phone calls now, they didn’t listen to me when I nicely told them not to call so now? *decline*
