advice desperately needed!!!!
Hi all! I work as a social media manager for a sports medicine doctor (I also am a medical intern but mainly focus on social media stuff) and I desperately need to grow her Instagram in order to do well because shes been on my ass about it. I'm stuck and need help and advice!!! Ill even tag her Instagram for some constructive criticism and/or support. Im begging on my hands and knees please help me! I cant fuck this up for the sake of my future!!

What have you been trying so far? Hard to give advice without more info! 🙂
Basic advice:
* take a stock of all the content you’ve shared so far and see what has worked for engagement and do more of that. Similarly, what hasn’t worked? Can you rework it into a diff post type to reach more people? Look up topics people are interested in and build content around those.* short form video is key for reaching new audiences. Set aside an hour or 2 per week with the dr to film content (plan everything and send it to her before the filming day so you can crank out 3-5 videos which you later edit)
* organic is slow growth. There’s no cheat code.
* consider ads for additional reach
* seo > hashtags in 2024. Mosseri mentioned they aren’t really ranking hashtags anymore earlier this year so focus on integrating keywords into your captions so you become searchable.
