Business account: people who are actively engaged in my content.
Personal account: people I care about.

If I could pick…people who only follow 1 person and that person is me so the shit algorithm will be forced to show them my post lmao.

If you’re talking about a business account you ideally want to be followed by accounts that resemble your customer avatar. Also other similar business accounts that interact with you are great too.
