  1 year in PPC and I can’t move forward in my career.

  Keep working.

  1 year is still very young in the game. Just keep working is he best thing.
  Conferences, seminars, networking and all that stuff is good but nothing beats first hand experience.

  Expand your knowledge beyond PPC, learn about organic search, Google’s EEAT, I highly recommend Ryan Brock’s book Pillar-Based Marketing, learn to incorporate video into your marketing, there are so many things you can learn as you earn your salary. Good luck with the career! 👍 —Rocco
