It tends to be more personality driven these days. Meaning you need someone in front of the camera that is engaging. I’d suggest you think about programming like a TV network would. Think about the kind of content you like to consume. It’s probably not stock imagery with generic captions. That doesn’t mean that you need to be the face or voice…but it could mean that you have to produce “show” concepts that coordinate talent.
