Is she selling a course? If so it’s one of two things:

.1 it’s bs to get you to buy her course
.2 it’s not bs but she’s making it from the course and it’s a super successful seller.

I will say though I just googled her and the biggest red flag was the word passive income. She’s just a course grifter, I used to edit YouTube vids for one of them, it’s all bs please save your money and do not fall for it
