You definitely should not be so worried about DA, DR, etc. There was a thread on this yesterday I think. Check it out if you haven’t. However, a good way to help ‘grow’ your DR if that is what you are focused on is to research competitors or other sites in your general niche, find the ones that have a high DR and emulating as many of the back links as you can. You might find some good opportunities in general for getting a few solid back links as well.

A tip: do not be fixated on ‘do follow’ links. You need a healthy blend of no follow and do follow links. Using my advice above will usually help you to get some good no follow back links as well. Hit me up if you have any questions.
