  uploading enhanced conversions. Do I need to upload BOTH email and phone number for enhanced conversions to upload? Similarly, can I just write the date they converted or do I need to include hr/min/secs? I keep getting an error “The click for this conversion can’t be found…” More details below

  Duplicated a campaign that was performing okay to narrow the audience to just the top 10% income levels. Comparing both campaigns, the duplicated campaign’s CPC is 2x or even 3x the CPC from the original campaign. Some keywords even 8x the cpc from the original campaign. both smart bidding
