Youtube Keyword SEO question

let’s say the keyword is ‘Dodging Arrows’ if I were to use the title ‘Recreating dodging arrows,….’ would that still count under the good keyword? If that makes any sense

It is always better if you put the keyword nearer to the start of the title.
Also, modifiers in the title increase the click through rate. You could try something like Dodging Arrows – Recreating… (something something).
