Yesterday Facebook ad account was disable. Today can’t even go to Facebook homepage

I am not able to access my ads account nor my Facebook account. Let me give a bit of background. A few days ago, I started my Facebook ads manager account to run some adds for my online store. Everything went well until the first payment. My cc declined the Facebook ad charges because it was recognized as unusual. I solved this issue and was able to pay for the ads. Everything went well. Fast forward to yesterday. My ads account was disabled for payment issues and unusual activity. I appealed this ban but it was deemed that my payment info violated the terms. I wanted to further appeal this. I requested another review of my ad account. This time I was asked to provide a picture of a physical ID. I uploaded my driver’s license then all of a sudden my page froze up. Upon refreshing, I was presented with a screen that says “Sorry, something went wrong.

We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.”. I was perplex and tried to get back to the Facebook homepage. Upon trying to reach the homepage, I was presented with the same thing: “Sorry, something went wrong.

We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.”. At this point, I tried to go to ads manager, support inbox, and even messenger. But all of these pages gave me the same error. I tried different browsers, I cleared my cache, I tried using different devices, I even tried to change my ip with a VPN. Nothing worked.

Is it possible that Facebook blacklisted me from ever accessing their services? I don’t recall doing anything that would have result in such drastic measures.

Not sure if this helps but my ads account has been disabled 6 times in the last 2.5 weeks. They give me no reasoning.
