Working for company that need me to manage 100 ad accounts that have 4 campaigns each. Search and display. What are some softwares to help manage this many campaigns?

Have you tried Google’s Ads Manager Account? Previously known as “MCC” [https://ads.google.com/intl/en/home/tools/manager-accounts/](https://ads.google.com/intl/en/home/tools/manager-accounts/)
Not sure what your specific needs are, but it’s a starting point since you get to manage the accounts from one point without having to switch between ad accounts and opening infinite browser tabs.
