Will Facebook shadow ban you for something as simple as using sports hashtags? I read that their AI can think using hashtags over and over again is spam.
Posted by on April 29, 2021 at 4:13 amI recently attended a sporting event, and of course posted about it multiple times throughout the week, using the hashtag. Now all of a sudden every single analytic on our page has dropped insanely low. I’m talking 90% drops in views and watch minutes, and 99.9% drop in net followers. I read that shadow bans make your content only available to your followers, which would explain these analytic drops. Other than using the hashtag a lot last week, we have done nothing different than normal on the page. Anybody experience anything similar to this?

Yeah it can, I have a collection of 5 sets of hashtags and I post 2-3 times a day so I don’t use the same hashtag within 24 hours and that seems to work for me
