Why can’t I rank?

I’ve had a lot of sites one after the other and none of them turned out to be successful. The most traffic I’ve had in a day is about 200 which was from tier 3 country.A few months ago I started a micro niche which seemed pretty easy to rank.
I bought a fresh domain started working on it after analysing the keyword difficulty manually. I don’t rely on any tools.
For now I’ve been getting almost 50 views per day and I’ve completed the content for that site and it really deserves the spot in top 3 for it’s respected keyword.
I just can’t rank no matter what I do.
I’ve done speed optimization and the score is about 98 on mobile and 99 on desktop.
I’ve written high quality content which satisfies the user intent.Talking about backlinks, I don’t really have money to put it but I’ve made a few web2.0s and did a GSA blast on web2.0s.
What should I do now ? Nothing is really working :/

How long are you giving each site to see results? Reading between the lines of your post, it sounds like you may be expecting results short-term
