  • Why can’t I find an autoposting platform that doesn’t degrade the photo quality?

Hey guys, I’m trying to find a social media post scheduling program that allows for auto-posting without degrading the photo quality to being grainy and honestly just bad looking. I know some people said on other forums that until IG fixes its own issues, it will be like that, but I can’t imagine that all of these huge companies are manually posting their own photos every single time?

Does anyone know of a platform that doesn’t degrade the photo quality?

Your submission looks to be asking about industry tools. If so, you are not the only one asking this question, try the search, the sidebar (lots of resources there), and [check out the resource collection on our community site](https://lookingformarketing.com/tools?utm_source=r_socialmedia&utm_medium=ai)

I use Iconosquare at work and I haven’t noticed it reducing the quality. If it does, it’s not noticeable.

I use buffer and haven’t noticed an issue but I may not have the same attention to detail you do.

The issue could be that the image you are posting is not within the resolution limits for the API (see bottom two points). If this is the case, you should scale the image yourself first before publishing. It will give you more control.le size: 8MB
Must be within a 4:5 to 1.91:1 aspect ratio range
Minimum resolution: 150×150 (lower resolutions will be scaled up to the minimum)
Maximum resolution: 1920×1080 (higher resolutions will be scaled down to the maximum)

The issue could be that the image you are posting is not within the resolution limits for the API (see last two points). If this is the case, you should scale the image yourself first before publishing. It will give you more control. Some tools will alert you to the fact that this could occur.
