Why Am I Not Getting More Impressions And Clicks?

Posted by seohelper on July 2, 2020 at 2:24 am

At first my keywords were showing below first page bid so I increased the bids on all keywords ( I only have 20 btw ). Its’ still saying that my search impression share is below 10%, search lost (IS) due to low budget is 44.18% and search imp share lost (rank) is 53.90%.

I have a daily budget set at $15 for the campaign. I know its a small campaign, but I should still be able to get some kind of reach.

This is all I’ve got right now [Low 1](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uSXmmsogQtV2wknOTZl8Z1IaQTwUskvj/view?usp=sharing) [Low 2](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Pt45A3ZC-i9hBDkEBP-lsAmhr2SPHkbY/view?usp=sharing).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

*Update: Got 6 clicks and 140 impressions at a cost of $17.44 (damn that’s pricey). Each of the three ads got 2 clicks a piece. I got 1 conversion (an optin into my email list). What I’m really pissed about is that I don’t know which ad led to the conversion because the damn tracking (which I sworn I setup properly) didn’t track it. I setup a tracking goal in google analytics having my thank you page as the destination for the goal, and then linking analytics to my google ads account. But its showing 0 conversions.

To make matters worse, I was using Hotjar a heat map tool, and its showing 0 recorded sessions which makes no sense if I got 6 clicks I should have 6 sessions. I’m just a bit frustrated. I appreciate you guys help though.

Are you using keywords in ad copy?

Are you using more than 3 ad copy in one adgroup?

Are keywords relevant to ad copies and ad groups??

Are you using DKI(Dynamic keyword insertion)

Are you sure that your keywords have low CPC??Means 15$ is not much for competitive market.

What about your demographics and location settings?are they too narrow?

    What is your bidding strategy??

Try changing the match types, if they are exact or phrase match?

Your targeting is too broad, and the competition is too high to achieve 100% of the potential impression share for your budget.

None of this stuff works exactly. Facebook also underperforms in terms of tracking. Google may optimise and give you more impression share but that seems to be the issue. Low quality somewhere. Is you ad spammy? What is the landing page like?
