Where should I post my bloggs??

I don’t know where should I post my blogs.I watched videos and searched. They said different sites to post on or make your own site.
I am planning to start and all.
For making a portfolio I should have some blogs. But where should I post them? Or post the same blogs on every site. But people might think i am plagiarising other works.
The sites:
1. LinkedIn
2. Substacks
3. Medium
4. WordPress
5. Twitter
6. Guest post sites??You guys know any other good sites please share.
Also if there some good article/video for this please do share. It Will be really helpful. -

I think first you need to answer why you’re writing content in the first place. From what I understand, you’re just getting started. So will you be writing content to build a portfolio that will help you get hired, or do you have some other purpose in mind?
I’m just trying to understand where the SEO part comes in since you posed the question to this sub.
