Where do you hire from?
Posted by on October 31, 2025 at 3:15 amIm trying to scale my agency and have had difficulty finding talent to assist with seo technical work, wordpress development, and ppc campaign setup. Ive tried upwork but i just get ai generated applications that are utter nonsense.
Where are you all finding people to hire?

i’m a web dev, and I’ve been learning seo, I’m not an expert by any means, but I have been doing okay with it, SEO as you know is a beast of a whole other color, but If you would be wiling to give me a shot, I’ll sure give it a real effort..

Best people I’ve hired have been developers I’ve trained to do SEO, also system admin are very good, but they make so much money now they normally arent interested.

Maybe try to use a pre-vetted remote staffing platform where candidates have been screened for your exact skill set. Also, make your job post very specific and include a paid skills test or portfolio requirement so you filter out the noise before interviewing.
