  • What’s your economy “go-to” SEO starter pack?

Posted by Avastmematies on September 22, 2025 at 1:53 pm

Many potential customers get scared off of doing SEO when they are just starting a new business because of the cost. I've heard it before that if a customer won't put down $2500 and then spend $1000/month that it's not worth their time or mine. I have to think that there's something that can be done to help that person who can only put down $500 and do $100/month. Any thoughts?

Local SEO. Not a physical location? Stick to anything else but SEO.

We have customers that we do quite a lot for for a few hundred Euro.

So don’t be fooled. SEO does not have to be thousands of dollars.

If you want a really cheap SEO “starter pack”, focus on two levers: on-page optimization and long-tail content. With an initial $500 you can fix the technical structure (title, meta, speed, schema) and create 5-10 articles targeted on low competition keywords that immediately bring qualified traffic. Then with $100 a month you keep the site alive by publishing 1 new piece of content or updating old ones, so Google sees constant activity. Better little but done well than wasting money on fluff packages.

With $500 setup + $100/mo you won’t outrank big players, but you *can* build a clean foundation that grows as budget allows.
