Most geolocation outside of those two offer 3P data solutions that plug into programmatic DSP. Foursquare, Placed, Factual are all players in this space.
You need to consider where that data would come from – there are very few companies who OWN the geolocation data and even less who own geolocation data and some sort of DSP/SSP solution.
I’m sure the three companies I mentioned would be willing to speak with you about their solutions although important to consider that pricing is on top of media pricing and service/serving fees from whichever DSP you ultimately go with – part of the reason why Google has such a compelling offer.
