What has the recipient done to show this?
Posted by on June 17, 2021 at 5:17 pmI tried to message someone on Messenger and under the message sent that has a tick next to it it says “This account can’t receive your message because they don’t allow new message requests from everyone”. What does this mean? What has the recipient done to show this?

It means they only allow messages from their contacts. Easy to set up on both FB and IG under privacy.
