What happened to the Facebook business pages feed?
Posted by on July 27, 2020 at 7:11 pmI manage social media for two brands, and I often used the Facebook pages feed for each profile to see posts from the pages that each brand follows. It was a really easy way to engage with and share posts from the businesses we work with. Although Facebook removed the button to access this page a few years ago, you could still enter the URL manually: *facebook.com/YourPageName/pages_feed*/. Unfortunately, I noticed that stopped working sometime last week. Has anyone else had this issue and found a workaround? Not sure how many people were using this functionality anyways. Thanks in advance!

wow, i’m ashamed to admit i wasn’t aware of that feed’s existence. i must’ve entered the game as they removed the button, or i didn’t learn about it

I also just started getting no dice on the pages_feed url error a few days ago. let me know if you find a solution 🙁

Good rule of thumb — if there’s a Facebook feature you love, don’t get too attached because odds are, Zuckerberg and co. will do away with it for absolutely no good reason.

Yes, same issue here. I had been loving that little workaround. I did find yesterday however that I could see the View Feed link using the regular Facebook (not Pages) app on my iOS phone. Look for the Suggested For You panel just under Create a Post.

Facebook keeps updating its algorithm so anytime it can change anything. So don’t just focus on one thing, keep updating yourself.

I have been using Facebook Pages for a long time but wasn’t aware of this feature. Anyhow, Facebook Pages is a disaster for me now because your posts only get reach when you promote them.
