    Raven tools. ([raventools.com](https://raventools.com))

Because we also track Bing and not just Google and deliver reports for both.

Yeah, Bing is about 3% market share, yet it powers AOL and Yahoo and knowing those metrics is better than just relying on one source.

I have my own word doc that I copy/past (and turn into a PDF) of certain images from Ahrefs, Google analytics and other places that are more “visual” to help in sharing data to clients.

I utilized Agency Analytics at one agency and Data Studio reports at another (which I found really easy to use, given how straightforward it is to generate new dashboards from templates with new client accounts).

No detailed report sharing. Not every client asks for that. Just show them the stats and that’s it.

I use brand overflow’s dynamic sharing and send that link to the client and he directly sees how his keywords are performing. Its a great feature though. Loving it. <3

No need to maintain detailed google sheets when a tool can get it done for yaa in free.

SEMRush allows you to create templates that auto update. Shouldn’t be too tedious.

For those of you who answered data studio, do you know if there is a good way to show month over month #s along with year over year #s…I like to show both and have hesitated to fully hop on board with data studio because I haven’t found a good way to do this.

Data Studio is generally the industry standard. It makes it easier to automate reports.

Hi, Sam from SEMrush here – check out the option to create ready-made templates and just update them automatically with fresh data! ? Let me know if I can help with guiding you through 🙂

I use SEMrush but I need to create a template: at the moment I copy various parts of different reports and paste them into a Google presentation.
