What can I do?
Social media can get really fn boring. But I can’t get off of them. I have a problem. I’ve been trying to reduce my social media into how it was in 2016, without TikTok) and it’s been quite hard. I was watching a podcast the other day and I was itching to sit still because I wanna scroll, and it was painful to sit through a 2 hour podcast. My attention span has gone to shit because of this damn app. It’s out of my phone now, but how long will I last until I’m itching to redownload it again and doom scroll. I got too dependent on it when they wanted to ban it for good in January.. now I’m doomed. It’s my own problem. It’s my own fault.
